eChem is a software package that provides access to computational chemistry techniques. It allows K-12 students to build and modify 3D models of molecules just as professional chemists do.
Students can compare the mathematically predicted properties of a molecule with properties that they observe in the laboratory, and look for possible correlation between them. All views and modules are linked dynamically, allowing the student to easily switch between various representations of the molecule. - http://www.libraryspot.com/features/lessonplans.htm/
