This has three different programmes: electrical engineering & electronics , energy technology , computer engineering
Technical Grammar School
is suitable for the students who want to continue their study at any form of higher education (colleges or universities) and prepares them for matriculation examinations (Matura exams). Description:
The school is located in Maribor, in North East Slovenia, within walking distance from the city centre. The school has a long tradition and a reputation of a school which is committed to offering its students a firm academic foundation for further study and a possibility to develop into creative, open-minded individuals, who will be prepared to work in an international atmosphere of cooperation and tolerance. Approximately 800 students are enrolled every academic year and they are divided into 29 classes. 60 teachers teach at the school.

Description:
The Faculty of Education is a part of University of Ljubljana. It is situated at the Bežigrad university campus at the north of the city centre of Ljubljana. The evolution of the Faculty of Education began with the founding of the College of Education on 4 July 1947, the activities of which were intended to train teachers for primary and secondary schools of the day offering single honour and joint honour degree programmes. Single degree programmes comprise Primary Education, Art Education, Social Pedagogy, Special and Rehabilitation Education and Pre-school Education. In joint degree programme, students take two subjects choosing between: Biology, Chemistry, Computing, Mathematics, Physics and Technical studies.
The list above confirms that the Faculty offers a wide variety of courses and enables employment for future teachers of pre-school, primary, secondary and art education. Working in partnerships with educational institutions, the students are able to develop their theoretical knowledge gained at the faculty which is then enriched with practical experience and supported by the experienced and capable mentor teachers. The Faculty continues to have many bilateral agreements with a number of educational institutions across Europe and in 2007, 43 students and 23 university teachers spent part of their study/working time at one of the foreign universities
